Creamy Basil Pesto Chicken Pasta

Hello and welcome to my blog, I will be posting up each week simple easy ways to get by on low budget/time in food and fun things to do.

This week:

Creamy Basil Pesto Chicken Pasta

This you will need:

Pasta (Of your choice any will do)
Jar of Basil Pesto (If you want recipe on how to make home made just comment)
lite Philadelphia Cream Cheese
Parmesan cheese (Your choice of style i.e grated, shaved, powder doesn't Matter)
BBQ Cooked Chicken (You can buy breast chicken and cook it but this is the quick and easy way)
All portions vary depending on how many your cooking for but easy enough to add more in.

Step 1
Put cold water in Saucepan about half full with a bit of salt covered and turn stove on high for water to boil.

Step 2
Put pasta into boiling and keep boiling for about 10-15mins or until cooked.

Step 3
Dice or cut the breast of the chicken into strips.

Step 4
Put a few tea spoons of lite Philadelphia Cream Cheese, Pesto and Parmesan into the bowl you will be serving it in, then mix it all together.

Step 5
When pasta is cooked drain out water then put pasta into bowl with pesto and mix all together and serve.
